Card Description

The High Priestess

The High Priestess stands for the intellectual side of a person. In the Universal Tarot, she sits in a purple gown and a green shawl upon her thrown. She holds a scroll that says "TORA", which could be a misspelling of the Torah, a Hebrew text. She sits between two pillars, one black and the other white. These reference the pillars in Solomon's temple named Boaz and Jachin.

Deck Description

So I have the Universal Tarot deck. It is very similar to the Rider-Waite deck, however, the colors are not quite as bright and are more pleasing to my eye. It makes sure to use the same symbols and positioning for first timer tarot readers.
